NorthValeProject is a free browser-based social casino simulation published for entertainment purposes only. It reproduces the look and rhythm of casino-style mechanics without any of the underlying stakes. No purchase is required, offered or accepted anywhere on the site.
2. Eligibility
Use of this site is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. By confirming the age gate you state that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to end access for anyone we reasonably believe does not.
3. Vale Lumens
Vale Lumens are a virtual, non-monetary counter used only inside the Aurora Halo simulation. They:
- have no monetary value and are not a currency, security or financial instrument;
- cannot be purchased, sold, gifted, transferred or exchanged for money, goods or services;
- cannot be redeemed, withdrawn or cashed out under any circumstance;
- exist solely within your browser's local storage and can be reset at any time by clearing that storage.
A visible balance, a large spin result or a long play session carries no implication about outcomes anywhere else, including on sites that involve real stakes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to circumvent the age gate, not to interfere with the normal operation of the site, not to attempt to extract or resell any part of it, and not to use automated tools to scrape or overload the pages.
5. Intellectual property
All illustrations, the emblem, the wordmark, the wheel artwork and the site's written content belong to NorthValeProject unless stated otherwise. You may view and use the site for personal entertainment; you may not copy, redistribute or repurpose its assets commercially.
6. Availability
The site is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may adjust, suspend or discontinue any feature, including the Aurora Halo rig itself, without prior notice.
7. Liability
The site is provided for entertainment only, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, NorthValeProject is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, recognising that no real-world value is ever placed at risk here in the first place.
