18+ only. NorthValeProject is a simulated basecamp built purely for entertainment — Vale Lumens hold no real-world value.
Welcome to the North Vale Basecamp
No stakes, no ledgers, no exchanges. Just a quiet valley, a ring of light that never sets, and casino-style mechanics you can study for as long as you like — completely free.
Aurora Halo — the ring above camp
Twelve wedges circle beneath the halo tower. Choose a sky, choose a charge, and let the ring turn. Every wedge pays a different multiplier, and every Lumen that lands stays inside the simulation.
How the ring found North Vale
Everything below is invented world-building. It is the story we tell while the halo turns — not a record of anything that happened anywhere.
The cold survey
A small survey crew mapping an unnamed northern valley notices a faint ring of light that never fades from the ridge line, season after season.
First basecamp
A handful of tents go up beneath the ring. The crew names the valley North Vale and decides to stay through the season to watch it turn.
The halo rig
Engineers raise a signal tower and build a rotating rig to study how the light settles into distinct bands as it circles the sky.
Lumens counted
Vale Lumens are invented as a simple way to log how many times the ring completes a full turn. They were never meant to leave the valley, and they still cannot.
The deck opens
The Halo Deck is built so visitors can spin the rig themselves, choosing how charged the sky feels before each turn.
Basecamp today
The camp welcomes visitors aged 18 and over, free of charge, with every mechanic left exactly as it was built — a simulation, and nothing more.
What Vale Lumens are — and what they are not
Where Lumens come from
Every visitor starts with 6,000 LUM and can claim a 2,000 LUM supply drop once per day. Nothing is ever sold, and there is no other route to a fuller pack.
What they do
Lumens charge each spin of the Aurora Halo. A wedge that lands well returns more Lumens, so a session can continue for as long as you feel like watching the ring turn.
Zero real-world value
Lumens cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for anything outside this site. They are a score counter tied to the ring, and nothing else.
Community highlights
"Storm Sky on the outer wedge, and the only thing at stake was my Lumen counter. That is exactly the kind of thrill I was looking for."
"I claim the supply drop, run a dozen spins with my coffee and close the tab. Nothing to top up, nothing to chase. Very calming."
Social casino: myth vs fact
Questions visitors ask first
It is a site that recreates casino-style mechanics for entertainment only. Nothing of value is staked and nothing of value is returned — the entire experience is a simulation.
The wheel has twelve equal wedges. A random number generator selects one of the twelve the instant you spin, and the animation simply shows the ring travelling to that wedge. Nothing is decided while the ring is turning.
No. Your Lumen balance lives in your own browser storage. The supply drop form is a simulated formality — it stores nothing on our side and clearing your browser data resets everything.
You wait for the next daily supply drop. There is no other route back to a full pack, by design — it keeps the pace of the camp slow and harmless.
Visitors aged 18 and over. The age check appears on your first visit and the reminder stays in the header for the rest of your session.
The halo is turning and the pack is full
Claim 2,000 Vale Lumens, choose a sky and let the ring find its wedge. No sign-up, no purchase, no strings — just the camp and the sound of the rig turning.
