1. Scope
This policy covers the website published at northvaleproject.com and every simulation hosted on it. NorthValeProject is a free social casino experience: there are no accounts, no purchases and nothing of real-world value anywhere in the product.
2. What we collect
We do not ask for, and do not knowingly receive, the following: identity documents, payment details of any kind, physical addresses, telephone numbers, or precise location.
What may reach our infrastructure is limited to the ordinary technical information any web server records when a page is requested:
- the page or asset that was requested and the time of the request;
- a truncated network address used for security and abuse prevention;
- the browser and operating system family reported by your device;
- the referring page, when your browser sends one.
No account, no profile. Because there is nothing to protect and nothing to restore, we have no reason to build a profile of you, and we do not.
3. Browser-side storage
Your Vale Lumen counter, your age confirmation and your cookie choice are written to the local storage of the browser you are using. That information never leaves your device and is not readable by us.
Clearing your browser storage erases all of it. Your counter then returns to the standard starting figure of 6,000 LUM, which is the same figure every visitor begins with.
4. Forms on this site
The supply drop form and the Outpost Radio form are part of the simulation. They validate what you type, show a confirmation and then discard the input. Nothing is transmitted to a server and nothing is stored.
If you want a reply from a human being, write to one of the addresses listed on the Outpost Radio page. Email you send us is kept only for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation.
5. Analytics
If analytics are enabled they are aggregate only: page views, broad device categories and which pages are opened. Optional analytics storage is used only where you have accepted it in the cookie banner, and declining it changes nothing about how the site works.
6. Sharing
We do not sell information, we do not trade it, and we do not pass it to advertisers or partner sites. Technical information may be processed by our hosting provider strictly to deliver the site and to keep it available.
The responsible play organisations linked in our footer are independent third parties. Following one of those links takes you to their site, where their own policies apply.
7. Retention
Server logs are kept for a short technical window and then rotated out. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the conversation. Browser-side storage stays on your device until you clear it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what information is held about you, to request a correction or an erasure, or to object to certain processing. Write to the privacy address below and we will answer.
In practice the answer is usually short, because a site with no accounts holds very little.
9. Age limit
NorthValeProject is intended for visitors aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process information belonging to anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has used this site, tell us and we will act on it.
10. Changes
When this policy changes we update the review date at the top of the page. Material changes are also noted in the legal panel that opens from the bottom of every page.
